Each apartment in the Windsong
retirement community is entirely self-contained and includes a private
entrance off an interior lobby, as well as a private patio or balcony.
Apartment appliances include a stove, refrigerator with ice maker,
microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There is
no entrance fee to be a resident at Windsong. Apartments are offered on
a monthly rental basis that automatically renews itself each month for
your convenience.
Your monthly rent includes utilities, cable
TV hookup and basic service, weekly maid service, one meal per day
served at noon in the Windsong Dining Room and six complimentary guest
meals per month. In addition, residents have the benefit of direct
access to a nurse on duty 24 hours-a-day.
Our social rooms,
art and hobby room, exercise room, on-site beauty and
barber shop, and outdoor porches and picnic pavilion are offered for
your use and enjoyment. Residents are encouraged to participate in
special activities and events planned by our activities staff.
Transportation service is available for shopping and site-seeing
excursions.
